Vyno respects your privacy. We only store server settings and configurations. We do NOT save your personal messages, user data, or any sensitive information. You have the right to request complete deletion of your data at any time.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Vyno is designed for personal and community entertainment purposes. You may use the bot for non-commercial activities. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of Discord's Terms of Service will result in service termination.

3. Service Availability

Vyno is provided "as is" without any warranties. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues may occur without prior notice.

4. Data Deletion Rights

You have the absolute right to request deletion of your data. Contact us through our Discord server and we will permanently remove all your data within 48 hours. No questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

Vyno, its code, website, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit written permission.

6. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vyno after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

7. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vyno for users who violate these terms or Discord's guidelines. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted unless you request it earlier.
